  Such an AWESOME beach. One of my favourite beaches because it was so beautiful, the sand and water were great, fun bridge to dive off of, etc. Great time with great people.

  I can see why this beach ranks #1 in Canada (at least in 2013 I believe). Although the sand didn't 'sing' for us, we still enjoyed our visit to Basin Head.

  The sand itself is very nice. Soft and clean. Very little debris and weeds.

  Amazing place to swim at. A bit of a drive for sure, but more than worth it when you see the view. There's also a great wharf for jumping into water that moves with the tide! The perfect beach for anyone looking to spend a nice day outside!

  The views from the entrance are really nice. There is a nice boardwalk down to the beach with a couple of sheltered picnic areas along the way.

  Although our visit consisted mainly of walking the beach, due to a cooler day, we still enjoyed the sand and scenery.
